CAPA is seeking qualified candidates for Family Support Specialist. The Family Support Specialist will provide home-visiting services to families including case management, needs assessments, education, crisis support, and information and referrals as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or closely related field required; bilingual/fluency in both English and Spanish preferred.

CAPA is also seeking qualified candidates for Manager of Clinical Services. The Manager of Clinical Services will provide supervision to all of CAPA’s clinical staff, including Intern Supervisors. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless team management and development, supportive and reflective clinical supervision, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field required. Missouri Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and a minimum of 6 years of experience in providing child, individual, group and/or family therapy preferred. Must be approved to provide supervision for Missouri LPC Licensure or Missouri LCSW Licensure.
