CAPA awarded $10,000 for its Family Support Services programs

CAPA is excited to announce that the Prime Health Foundation has awarded $10,000 to support its Family Support Services program.  These funds will specifically support CAPA’s case managers in their efforts to best improve clients’ access to health care.
